RECREATIONAL SOCCER - Kindergarten - 12th Grade

The recreational soccer program is the core of our Club, and is the starting point for all future soccer players.  Beginning in Kindergarten, players can play recreational soccer through their school career if they choose.  Teams are coached by parent volunteers who are encouraged to develop basic skills and good sportsmanship in their players.  In fall 2008, nearly 1900 youths from West Linn, Wilsonville and the surrounding areas filled city and school soccer fields from early September to mid-November.  Without a doubt, the success of the program is directly attributable to the volunteers who spend countless hours coaching and encouraging our kids on and off the field.
For these Herculean efforts, the Board of Willamette United extends a well-deserved "thank you!"

PLAYER DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM (PDP) - 2nd - 4th Grade

Willamette United 's  PDP Program is a great opportunity for young soccer players
to learn new skills and discover how to progress toward the next level of competition.
Club coaches work closely with our players to teach the many technical skills that today's
players need to master as they grow. The program is designed to benefit the young player
who has a joy for the game and good work habits, and who is motivated
to further develop his or her natural talent.
